Position: Long-Term Financial Advisor

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, client-centric financial planning solutions that are fully compliant with FAIS legislation. Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Senior Certificate) Essential
- NQF Level 5 Qualification in a long-term insurance or financial planning-related field Highly Advantageous
- RE5 Certification Mandatory
- Own Reliable Transport Required for client visits and business development
- Clear ITC and Criminal Record Integrity and compliance are non-negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic, compliant long-term financial advice aligned with regulatory frameworks (including FAIS and industry standards).
- Develop, grow, and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and exceptional service delivery.
- Build and manage a high-quality client portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial products and planning strategies.
- Exhibit a proactive, client-first approach, consistently achieving and surpassing business development and service targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and legislative changes to ensure accurate, informed advice.
