Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Senior Certificate) Essential
• NQF Level 5 Qualification in a long-term insurance or financial planning-related field Highly Advantageous
• RE5 Certification Mandatory
• Own Reliable Transport Required for client visits and business development
• Clear ITC and Criminal Record Integrity and compliance are non-negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, compliant long-term financial advice aligned with regulatory frameworks (including FAIS and industry standards).
• Develop, grow, and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and exceptional service delivery.
• Build and manage a high-quality client portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial products and planning strategies.
• Exhibit a proactive, client-first approach, consistently achieving and surpassing business development and service targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and legislative changes to ensure accurate, informed advice.
