About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Inbound Travel Designer to join our team in Constantia, CT. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements for luxury market bookings focused on East Africa, specifically Tanzania and Kenya. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless booking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of booking arrangements for luxury market bookings in East Africa
- Create and manage detailed itineraries that meet client expectations
- Handle reservations, including accommodation, flights, transfers, and touring bookings
- Process any additional changes or updates after confirmation to ensure a smooth trip
- Maintain accurate records of booking details, correspondence, and other relevant documentation
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism
- In-depth product knowledge of East Africa, particularly Tanzania and Kenya
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and developing travel products and services
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism
