Job Summary
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working on GAI machinery
- A valid forklift licence would be highly advantageous
- SKOP (Senior Cellar Assistant Training Programme) (1-3)
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have excellent knowledge of the winemaking process
- Should be detail orientated and trustworthy
- Must be able to work in a team and also complete tasks independently
- Should have own transport
- Must be confident dealing with all tasks related t bottling and labelling
Duties:
- Assist with general stock management (applying the FIFO method).
- Assist with packing of daily orders (local and international).
- Setup of machinery.
- Maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
