Update products on all 3 website
load stock on all 3 websites
Export tasting Room club signups from IKENTOO (due to lack of POS integration)
Import tasting signups into FVM found a bulk import solution (would need to train someone for this)
Coupons creation and management on all 3 websites
User account edits/queries
Daily OPS:
Payment checks on all pay portals
Support queries re payments statuses on all pay portals
Backup waybill printer operator
Wine Club Card printer operator + communicating with relevant parties (tasting rooms and club manager)
CRM WORK
Promotion management – Mailer set up for all 3 online shops and managing promos (ensure copy has been

Import weekly wifi vistors details (filter according to marketing consent given) to mailchimp
Digital Grunt Work:
Photoshop new vintages on packshots
General photoshop jobs from labelling and Cellar
Tasting notes (requesting new notes + prompting winemakers to finalize notes + compiling as PDF)
