Logistics Assistant

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure seamless movement of goods. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all logistics activities. Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to resolve any logistical challenges. Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks. Qualifications and Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Prior logistics experience (advantageous but not required). Location : Paarl, office based. Salary : Market related and negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience. Position Type : Full time, permanent.
