• Lead on-site technicians to deliver safe, high-quality, and productive work
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, installations, and PLC fault finding
• Apply strong welding and fabrication proficiency in line with safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor team members while collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce costs

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a qualified millwright within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
• Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems
• Proven leadership capability with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality and safety standards

Qualification:

• Millwright Trade Test (essential)
• Additional technical training or certifications advantageous
• Valid passport and driver’s license
