• Lead and manage a technicians on site, driving productivity and quality
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, installations, and repairs
• Diagnose and resolve issues through PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
• Welding and fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Mentor and train team members, promoting continuous improvement and skills development
• Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and reduce operational costs

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified millwright in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards

Qualification:

• Millwright Trade Test (essential)
• Additional technical training or certifications advantageous
• Valid passport and driver’s license
