About the Role
As an Automation Engineer at Communicate Finance, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting automated systems at customer sites. You will also conduct regular site visits to assess system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and support automated systems at customer sites
- Conduct regular site visits to assess system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
- Perform system configuration, setup, and functional testing in field environments
- Assist with PLC-based systems and automation equipment
- Provide on-site fault-finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Complete all installation, commissioning, service, and site visit documentation
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, electrical standards, and company procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the field as an Automation or Mechatronics Engineer
- Demonstrated experience performing site visits and client-facing technical work
- Strong electrical, automation, and system integration knowledge
- Ability to work independently and travel to various client sites
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience with monitoring, control, or traceability systems
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments

Minimum of BEng / BTech in Mechatronics / Electrical
