Creating, interpreting, and applying sales forecasts based on sales reports

Developing long-term relationships with key clients

Outlining the goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve the desired results

Sharing knowledge with marketers to help them better understand the customer

Identifying sales challenges, addressing customer concerns, and finding solutions
-
Evaluating the performance of the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction
-
Developing sales targets and goals, and implementing strategies to achieve them
-
Connecting with clients and sales team members through strong written and oral communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferable within the solar energy industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (is a plus)
- Valid driver`s license.
- Ability to travel as required.
