• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure service delivery in line with engagement terms
• Review and finalize accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements and management reports
• Provide financial insights and guidance to clients
• Oversee and mentor SAIPA trainee accountants, ensuring work is completed to the required standard
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Utilize accounting and financial software for processing and reporting
• Manage E-filing and CIPC submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year post-SAIPA articles experience
• Proven experience managing a team and meeting deadlines
• Strong technical knowledge of Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Sound understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Experience with E-filing and CIPC
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
