Job Summary
You will be responsible for but not limited to:Assist customers on hand-wrap applications as to optimising on the specified equipmentVisit customers and report findings to Sale DirectorAssist Agents / Distributors in securing new customersFocus on trouble shooting and problem resolution ensuring continuous improvementsAttend to administration (faxing, filing, photocopying, spreadsheets)Record-keepingConduct induction training for all staffMaintain and update training matrices and recordsCoordinate and schedule training sessions weeklyAssess learner progress and update recordsEnsure that training solutions are proactive and support the internal training needsSchedule training sessions in alignment with the companys Training PlanConfirm participant attendance for training sessionsMaintain training registersPrepare agendas and meeting materialsEducation /
Requirements:
MatricCertificate / Diploma will be adv.Experience with Spar, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Shoprite (Deli Department) will be highly adv,Computer Literate MS Office (Word, Excel (Spreadsheets), Outlook) & PastelMust have a code 08 drivers license to travel as needed.
