Our client, a well-established and reputable company, is seeking a dynamic R&D Administrator to support their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with raw materials, packaging, regulatory documentation, and project coordination.
What Youll Be Doing:
? Managing and updating raw material and packaging databases
? Coordinating and maintaining key documentation (COAs, SDSs, COCs, and specifications)
? Assisting with sourcing new and alternative suppliers
? Maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation
? Supporting product trials, evaluations, and laboratory testing
? Generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers
? Keeping R&D projects updated on an online platform
? Ensuring seamless administrative processes for the team
What Were Looking For:
?? Grade 12 + a relevant scientific degree/diploma
?? 3+ years of office administration experience (ideally in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry)
?? Experience in regulatory administration and project management is a bonus!
?? Advanced computer skills proficiency in data management is essential
?? A proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
