We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support our F&B team. You’ll assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling F&B operations- Supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses- Monitor inventory levels, track sales, and optimize menu offerings- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policiesRequirements:- Hospitality industry experience in F&B management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and multitask- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in hospitality software and systems (e.g., POS systems)
