This company is seeking a warm, professional, Field Guide to join our team as we develop and grow our newly established guiding department. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves the bush, enjoys engaging with guests, and thrives in a hands-on lodge environment.

As the guiding department is still growing, the successful candidate will lead guided drives into Kruger National Park and support general lodge operations such as maintenance or gardening when drives are not scheduled. Were looking for a confident yet humble guide with the right attitude, strong ethics, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Valid qualification from a reputable training institution
  
• Physical guide card for the Limpopo area
  
• Proven experience guiding in Kruger National Park
  
• CATHSSETA-qualified
  
• South African citizenship
  
• Valid PDP (not temporary)
  
• Strong, verifiable references
  
• FGASA registration in addition to CATHSSETA certification we aim for our guides to be registered with both FGASA and CATHSSETA
  
• A genuine passion for Kruger
  
• Basic handyman or maintenance knowledge

Benefits

• Basic Salary: R5 500 R7 000 (depending on experience)
