Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking passionate and experienced Head Instructors or Assistant Instructors to join a leading training facility operating across various prestigious locations including Karongwe, Selati, Pridelands, Botswana, and Makuleke. The successful candidate will either be stationed at a specific camp or may take on a roaming/relief role depending on experience and preference.

Minimum Requirements for Head Instructors:

• NQF Level 4 Qualification

• VPDA Certificate

• FGASA Level 3

• Advanced Trails Guide qualification

• Current Advanced Rifle Handling (or close to achieving this)

• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Current NDT Registration

• Valid PDP

• Current FGASA Membership

Key

• Deliver high-quality, professional guide training in both theoretical and practical components

• Foster an engaging, hands-on learning environment for students

• Conduct on-the-ground guiding, walking trails, and firearm training where applicable

• Maintain safety and professional standards across all training sessions

• Represent the training facilitys values and uphold high standards at all training venues

• Contribute to curriculum development and refinement based on industry trends

• Position is live-in with single tented accommodation provided
