Personal and Administrative SupportDiary Management: Proactively manage a complex, fast-paced schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.Travel Coordination: Arrange and book all aspects of local and occasional regional travel (flights, accommodation, transport).Communication: Act as the primary gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.Office Administration: Prepare documents, presentations, manage filing systems (physical and digital), and handle confidential documentation.General Support: Execute personal errands and tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the Executive’s personal life.2.
