Job Summary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury lodge or 4/5-star environment.
- Formal hospitality qualification (advantageous).
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodge.
- Ensure a world-class guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Manage and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
- Assist in managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Oversee guest relations, ensuring personalized attention to guest needs and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the lodge’s facilities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and managing online reviews and feedback.
- Uphold health and safety standards across the lodge operations.
