What you’ll be doing: Leading and managing the full school environment (Primary & Secondary). Driving the strategic vision of the school and ensuring smooth daily operations. Managing academic staff performance , professional development, and stakeholder relationships. Overseeing budgets, finances, procurement, and assets . Ensuring compliance, safety, and policy implementation . Promoting a positive, disciplined, and student-centred culture. What we’re looking for: A relevant Bachelor’s degree 5 years senior management experience in education 10 years teaching experience (preferably High School) Permanent SACE certificate and valid Police Clearance In-depth knowledge of CAPS & IEB curriculum , NPA, and NPPPPR Strong administrative, organisational, and leadership skills Computer literacy (MS Office) & excellent English communication Why this role?
