Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute disciplinary procedures in line with the companys Disciplinary Code and relevant labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, OHSA).Refer disciplinary hearings to the HR Manager.Prepare required documentation, including notices, charge sheets, counselling’s and warnings.Monitor and ensure consistency in the application of discipline.Continuously monitor driver compliance to the Journeyman programme.Enforce policies and procedures that govern the Journeyman programme.Support management in corrective action.Ensure compliance with company policies, employment contracts, and labour regulations at all times.Ensure proper record-keeping of all IR-related documentation.Minimum Requirements:Diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Industrial Psychology.Minimum of 35 years experience in an Industrial Relations or HR role.Sound understanding of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)Strong knowledge of disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and compliance management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.Ability to remain impartial and handle conflict calmly.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Strong organisational and investigation skills.Ethical and fair decision-makingStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
