About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll administration and excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications, Sage software, and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage salaries and benefits for employees
- Process leave management and personnel-related tasks
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Vlookup and Pivot tables
Requirements
- At least 3 years extensive experience in Payroll Administration
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Sage software
- In-depth knowledge of payroll management, leave management, personnel management, and employment equity
- Valid Drivers License and own transportation
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate or equivalent, Human Resource Degree/Diploma, or Equivalent Sage 300 People Certification (Payroll Basic 1&2, Leave Management, Personnel Management, Employment Equity)
Salary & Benefits
R12 000 – R19 000 CTC
