About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as providing excellent support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees
- Manage salaries and benefits
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Maintain leave management records
- Provide personnel management support
- Utilize Sage 300 People system and other applications
Requirements
- At least 3 years of extensive experience in Payroll Administration
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Sage software
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation
- Valid Drivers License and own transportation
- Advanced Excel Vlookup and Pivot table skills
- Experience with Payroll Management: Salaries and Benefits, Leave Management, and Personnel Management
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate in Human Resource Degree/Diploma or Equivalent Sage 300 People Certification (Payroll Basic 1&2, Leave Management, Personnel Management, Employment Equity)
Salary & Benefits
R12 000 to R19 000 CTC
