Preferably a male caretaker is wanted for a property in central Pietermaritzburg. The job includes accommodation. Position will be Monday Friday from 8am to 5pm. The responsibilities will be:Daily cleaning of the building and ensuring there are enough cleaning materialSmall maintenance jobs around the building / basic handyman servicesPutting out the weekly refuseRelaying tenant / owner problems to the managing agentReporting maintenance problems to the managing agentEnsuring there is order within the building and all residents abide by the rules set by the body corporateExpected to be at the workstation on the days included in the work schedule and might on occasion need to attend to emergency issues at night.
