About the Role
GAP Consulting, SA’s Premium Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Truck Sales Manager to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. With a strong background in the automotive industry, we are looking for a seasoned professional who can leverage their expertise to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage truck sales projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement sales strategies within the New Vehicle Commercial Department
- Lead meetings with customers and stakeholders to discuss sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Truck Sales Manager capacity preferably within Automotive Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Valid Driver’s License essential
- Strong working knowledge of Sales strategies within the New Vehicle Commercial Department
- Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
- Must have contactable references
