About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Administrator to join our team at Kempston Recruitment in Pinetown. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing claims, negotiating repair costs, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of opening claims
- Negotiating fair repair costs
- Notifying clients immediately of any damages or recharges
- Requesting and coordinating quotations from suppliers
- Arranging vehicle repairs
- Invoicing clients
- Providing support to the operations team
- Handling cash hires and defleats
- Managing month-end non-revenue processes
Requirements
- Completed Matric Certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role relevant to claims or similar functions
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent written, email, and telephonic communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
