Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee full financial accounting functions including month-end and year-end processes
- Drive cost accounting and analysis to support operational and pricing decisions
- Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
- Prepare financial reports and provide commentary for management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Manage audits and liaise with auditors and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations
- Support production and operations teams with cost tracking and margin analysis
- Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Oversee inventory valuation and stock control processes
- Monitor financial KPIs and ensure timely reporting
- Work closely with senior leadership on financial planning and business strategy
- Ensure ERP and financial systems are effectively utilised and maintained
- Provide financial insights to support capital investment and project evaluations

Requirements
- BCom in Accounting or equivalent (CIMA/CA(SA) preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in cost accounting and financial management
- Strong ERP and Excel skills
- Experience in leading a finance team
Remuneration
R80 000 – R100 000 CTC
