This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in technical operations, project planning, and team leadership within a high-end hospitality environment.

? What youll be doing:

Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures

Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical challenges efficiently

Manage servicing of equipment such as refrigerators and air conditioners

Work closely with external contractors and service providers

Control stock levels, budgets, and procurement for maintenance needs

Lead a small team and ensure operations run seamlessly, even under pressure

? What youll need:

35 years experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment

Proven managerial experience in maintenance operations

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems

Computer literate with solid organisational skills

Motivated, energetic, and a strong team player

Willingness to work shifts and adapt under pressure
