BREAKFAST Chef URGENTLY needed in Polokwane (Limpopo) We are seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team. The responsible person will be responsible for the daily Breakfast preparation. Must have Grade 12 with a formal Culinary qualification. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Chef position within a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House. Previous experience with banqueting, catering for up to 150 pax Must be a polite, friendly and organised person with a strong personality who can think on their feet. Well-spoken and well-presented individual. Must be able to supervise and manage the Junior Chefs on the breakfast shift. Must be reliable and able to work independently and under pressure.
