Valid forklift license and experience in this role (a practical test is part of the recruitment process)

Must have experience working with steel.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Loading:
-
Safely unload and stack incoming deliveries in the correct storage areas
-
Verify accuracy and quality of materials received or loaded
-
Prepare products for delivery or collection as per instructions
-
Assist in material movement as directed by Warehouse Supervisor
2. Maintenance:
- Conduct daily forklift checklists and report any damages or repairs promptly
3. Safety:
-
Wear required PPE and maintain a clean and presentable appearance
-
Drive forklift safely and be aware of surroundings and pedestrians
-
Park forklift in designated areas with forks lowered
4. General:
-
Participate in stock take activities
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Follow all management instructions and safety protocols diligently
