STEEL Branch Manager

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at their new Polokwane branch. If you have a strong background in steel trading, sales, and operational management, this is your chance to build and lead a high-performing team!

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Drive sales and develop strong relationships with key clients, including mines, government departments, and large construction companies.
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and ensure cost control.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven management experience in a steel merchant – no less than 5 years
• Strong leadership, sales, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Preference given to Polokwane-based candidates.
