We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of all technical systems within our hospital. This is a pivotal role ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of our medical, electrical, and facility infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the hospital’s technical services team, including Engineers, Technicians, and contractors. Ensure the timely maintenance and servicing of all medical equipment, HVAC systems, generators, lifts, fire alarms, and other critical infrastructure. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to technical faults and emergencies. Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations, Health Technical Memoranda (HTM), and other relevant standards. Oversee contractor work, ensuring quality control and compliance with hospital policies. Prepare and manage technical budgets, procurement, and maintenance records. Collaborate with hospital administration, clinical staff, and external partners to support operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical) or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or technical management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure, HTM standards, and statutory compliance. Proven leadership and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
