Port Elizabeth: Customer Relations Officer (FMCG Retail)

Minimum Requirements: Matric with at least 3 years related customer service, promotions and sales experience gained within the FMCG retail industry. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. MS Office proficiency- essential. CRM systems experience – advantageous Open to male or female Must have a clear criminal history Key Responsibilities: Providing order processing and sales order support to retailers. Interacting with retailers to sell off promotions, deals, jabs and pre-price increase promotions. Tracking, tracing and following up on deliveries. Customer service and sales administration. Competencies Required: High volume order processing and placing calls for accuracy and attention to detail Numerical aptitude coupled with excellent written, spoken and electronic communication skills Excellent customer relationship-building ability Active listening skills Planning and coordinating Organisation and reporting Notes: Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08h30 to 16h30 (no weekends or after-hours work) Remuneration: Market Related, Negotiable Benefits: Comparable monthly CTC (which includes medical aid and pension benefits).
