Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join a dynamic food and beverage consultancy based in Port Elizabeth. This senior role requires a strategic leader with strong operational expertise and proven experience within the hospitality and F&B sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple consultancy projects.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and support management teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximise profitability.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and service excellence.

Package:

• Salary: R35,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
