Job Description

We are seeking a mature, experienced HR Officer for a Renowned Company in the Office Automation, IT & Telecoms industry. This role requires someone who is confident, professional, and capable of handling the full HR function from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR qualification (Diploma/Degree essential)
  • Proven experience in handling full HR duties and processes
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Mature, responsible, and well-organised

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Payroll preparation and HR administration
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Performance management and staff development
