Job Description
We are seeking a mature, experienced HR Officer for a Renowned Company in the Office Automation, IT & Telecoms industry. This role requires someone who is confident, professional, and capable of handling the full HR function from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Relevant HR qualification (Diploma/Degree essential)
- Proven experience in handling full HR duties and processes
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Mature, responsible, and well-organised
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Payroll preparation and HR administration
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Performance management and staff development
