About the Role

Surge Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a medium-sized building contractor based in the Bahamas. The successful candidate will be part of a permanent team with regular R&R breaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantity surveys for commercial building projects
  • Manage and control project costs
  • Prepare and submit tender bids
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate cost estimates

Requirements

  • Minimum B-Tech Quantity Surveying degree qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial buildings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Qualifications

  • B-Tech Quantity Surveying degree (if applicable)
