Port Elizabeth: Inspector

Minimum Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and experience driving long distances for a previous employer. Computer literate – must be able to compile and submit reports using Excel. Own a working smartphone capable of taking clear photos. Willing to travel within the assigned region as required. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair Samsung products, including LED/LCD TVs, sound systems, monitors, and smart appliances. Conduct on-site and in-workshop service calls. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins. Accurately record and report repair outcomes, parts used, and turnaround times. Collaborate with customer service and logistics to manage service requests and parts. Ensure compliance with Samsung quality and safety standards. Stay updated on new Samsung technologies and service techniques through training. Provide professional technical support and clear communication to customers. Support both warranty and non-warranty repair processes. Manage company tools, vehicle, and spare parts responsibly. Travel regularly across the assigned territory to complete service calls.
