About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Owner Driver to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for managing your own delivery routes and ensuring timely arrivals of goods to our clients. Your knowledge of the Port Elizabeth area and strong communication skills are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own reliable vehicle (bakkie with canopy/ 1 ton)
- Maintain a valid drivers licence
- Conduct background checks to ensure no criminal record
- Provide updates on delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit
Requirements
- Knowledge of Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in courier/logistics is an added advantage (but not required)
