What Youll Be Doing

• Hunting for the BEST candidates across job boards, social media, and beyond
• Interviewing candidates and matching them to exciting opportunities
• Making sure our systems (DittoHire and internal databases) are always up to date
• Supporting our Recruitment Consultants to deliver only the BEST candidates to clients
• Building real connections with candidates and keeping them in the loop at every step
• Keeping admin tight (because great placements start with great processes)

What Were Looking For

• Someone energetic, positive, and ready to hustle!
• Organised and detail-focused – because we deal with peoples careers, after all
• A team player whos willing to jump in and support where needed
• Someone who LOVES connecting with people and spotting great talent
• A person who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done – even if its menial, repetitive, or behind-the-scenes
• Must be fully geared for remote work laptop charged, Wi-Fi strong, and efficiency switched on
• Recruitment experience is an advantage, but the right attitude is EVERYTHING
• English fluency that makes every interaction clear and confident
