Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing restaurant group based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape ?. ? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations ?

Manage and lead a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring ?

Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction ?

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene ?

Handle staff scheduling, labour cost control, and general HR-related duties ?

Assist with budgeting, cost control, stock management, and supplier relations ?

Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Handle customer complaints and ensure swift and professional resolution ?

Drive marketing initiatives and contribute to promotions and events planning ?

Ensure all operational procedures are followed and improved where necessary ?

Requirements:

Minimum of 35 years experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant environment ?

Strong leadership and team management skills ????

Excellent communication and customer service abilities ?

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including stock control and cost management ?

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively ?

Proficient in point-of-sale systems and general computer literacy ?

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required ?
