Requirements:
Valid Drivers License. Matric. PERSONAL DYNAMICS: Deadline and quality focused. Creative/innovative in solving technical challenges. Good written and verbal communication skills. Confident people skills and ability to effectively deal with clients. Pro-active and results driven. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with a high stress tolerance. Accept responsibility and accountability for work of self. Ability to work independently, whilst being a strong collaborator. Physical appearance & hygiene adds to positive portrayal of company professionalism. FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE: Provide quotations on work to be done. CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE: Assist with business Development. Enhance the Customer experience. Provide Reports. ORGANISATIONAL PERSPECTIVE: Ensure Professional Workmanship & administration. Conduct preventative maintenance Ensure parts/equipment availability. Maintain a safe and clean workshop. Maintain company equipment/tools. Conduct Work planning. Compliance to Company policies & procedures and industry standards. LEARNING & INNOVATION PERSPECTIVE: Personal Development Plans.
