About the Role
Telebest is seeking a Telesales professional to join our team in Port Shepstone, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone calls to promote products and services
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
- Utilize computer software to manage sales data and records
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Customer experience, preferably a marketing background or similar
- At least 1 year of telesales experience
- Detailed understanding of negotiations
- Computer Literate
- Motivated and hardworking
- Sales/Target driven
- Professional and well-presented
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Strong Negotiating ability
- Direct and assertive
