This is a technically-minded and detail-oriented role with strong administrative skills to oversee the quality of work in a truck dealership workshop.

Requirements:

• Mechanical qualification (preferred).
• Hino Truck dealership experience with strong technical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Excellent administrative skills for organizing and maintaining records.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

• Perform thorough quality inspections on trucks to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct detailed checks on repairs and services, identifying and addressing any faults.
• Collaborate with workshop technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure top-notch quality.
• Oversee the organization of workshop documentation and service records.
• Implement and maintain strong administrative processes for tracking repairs, parts, and service history.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures, maintaining high operational standards.
