About the Role

We are seeking a motivated young technician or trainee to join our team as an Apprentice Electric Vehicle Technician. As an Apprentice EV Technician, you will work directly alongside our High Voltage Technician, gaining hands-on experience in EV diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic vehicle servicing and maintenance.
  • Perform routine inspections and pre-delivery checks.
  • Support diagnostics and repair tasks under supervision.
  • Assist with parts removal, refitting, and general workshop tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • A technical or mechanical qualification (N1N3 or technical school equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or previous workshop exposure.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • A valid drivers license (or currently working toward one).
