About the Role
Our client in the Agricultural Industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant/Admin Co-ordinator to manage the office of the MD, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Organising of meetings (e.g., checking availability, consulting on dates, finding venue for the meeting, organising catering, handling paperwork, preparing documents)
• Travel arrangements (e.g., obtaining quotes from travel agents, liaising to ensure service levels are obtained, applying for visas, arranging transport, creating full itineraries, ensuring all supporting documents are arranged and expenses are claimed)
• Diary coordination and management (e.g., checking emails, arranging meetings)
• Filling and implementing systems (e.g., ensuring all files are accessible and up-to-date)
Requirements
Education:
• BA Degree
• National Diploma in Admin
Language Skills:
• Read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, journals and regulations
• Ability to write reports and correspondence
• Effectively present information and respond to questions
• English and Afrikaans spoken
Numerical Skills:
• Basic ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to compute and interpret graphs
Computer Skills:
• Internet software
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Email software
