About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper Temp to join our client’s team for a temporary assignment. As a leading recruitment and staffing firm, we are dedicated to connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some experience in bookkeeping and is looking to gain more experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing financial transactions and recording them accurately
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other basic accounting tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the Bookkeeping team
Requirements
- Some experience in bookkeeping or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
