Maintain accurate GLA schedules to reflect as-built building fabric aligned with lease values in MDA. Serve as the custodian of all GLA records for the property portfolio. Qualifications National Diploma in Architectural Technology. Autodesk-accredited AEC Fundamentals Certificates . At least 5 years of experience in a Technologist role. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and the full Autodesk AEC software suite . Expertise in SAPOA methods for calculating building areas. Experience in preparing as-built models, surveys, scans, and PDF records. Key Skills Strong discipline in the practical application of SAPOA methods .
