Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Healthcare Professionals: Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Drive Sales: Implement effective sales strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer comprehensive information about our pharmaceutical solutions, address inquiries, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, track performance, and continuously improve your sales techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in [Languages] is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using call center technology, and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude in a challenging sales environment.
