JOB ROLES:Resides with and is a role model for programme community membersSupervise activities and chores in the shelters, during weekends, assist with cooking and eating arrangements for accommodation community membersEnsure all community members respect and implement the given code of conductCoordinate or facilitate evening and weekend programs or activitiesProvide feedback to the social worker regarding concerns and input into the IDPsFacilitate and supervise the baby wall at the project, ensuring it is in good working order and reporting any activity to the team leaderEnsure community members are completing their given chores, allocate and record incentive pointsSKILLS:Team WorkCommunication and interpersonal skillsAccountableGood Time ManagementREQUIREMENTS:Police ClearancePrevious experience as a vulnerable/homeless person or working with vulnerable menComputer KnowledgeableQUALIFICATION:Grade 12Life coaching certificate (Advantageous)
