Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Handle basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.Proficiently manage office administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.Create and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets, using advanced Excel skills.Provide support for building management tasks when required.Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.Key
Requirements:
Must be over 35 years of age.Proven experience in office administration and basic accounting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage spreadsheets and generate reports.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in building management is highly beneficial.Hardworking, proactive, and capable of working independently.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the real estate or property management field.Knowledge of accounting software or tools.
