About the Role
Our client, a non-profit medical scheme, is seeking an experienced Clinical Hospital Auditor to join their team in Pretoria. As a key member of the auditing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that managed healthcare services are delivered cost-effectively and affordably to our members. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a caring approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering of cost-effective and affordable managed healthcare services to accomplish member satisfaction.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement policies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Providing accurate and timely reports on audit findings.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- B Cur Degree/Diploma in Nursing/Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience gained in the medical funding industry
- Registration with appropriate clinical professional body (SANC)
