Job Summary

We are a well-established Accounting and auditing firm, currently in the Northern Suburbs of Pretoria looking for a person to do all our secretarial work (including but not limited to Companies, Close Corporations, Trusts). The position will include managing filing as well as doing administrative work pertaining to our companys management of work in progress.The position entails the sharing of Administration duties as well (including but not limited to Answering of telephones, receiving clients etc.).Package – per month + Pension fund (to be negotiated based on level of experience)Workday 08h00 to 17h00The successful applicant:-Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans – read, write and speak;-Must be computer literate;-Must be able to do all registrations and or changes required at the CIPC or the Masters offices independently, including the relatively new beneficial ownership requirements.-Must have own transport and a valid SA drivers license;TO APPLY: Email cv to LRC Recruitment
