CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Qualifications: BSc or Beng in Civil Enginee r Pr. Eng Registration with ECSA Pr. CPM Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage Minimum 10 years working experience in Contract administration as “Engineer, Principal Agent or similar Experience in Contract Engineer on SANRAL projects ESSENTIAL Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract ( FIDIC 1999, NEC 210/2015 and JBCC) Thorough working knowledge of specification and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANA 1200, project specific etc) Experience should be with Client bodies being either South African National Roads and / or Concessionaire and / or Provincial Authority
