About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Control Room Operator to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries and requests through the WhatsApp platform, ensuring exceptional customer service and adhering to our high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and action emergency and non-emergency signals
- Phoning of the Premises/ Clients/ Key holders
- Recording all relevant information into the activations by means of computer
- Record and report all incidents and accidents to the senior on duty
- Ensure all relevant administrative work is completed
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum grade C average
- PSIRA Registered
- Experience in the security industry
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
